Begin would be horrified to see what has become of Likud under Bibi and to know that a Khahanist thug like Ben Gvir is in the Knesset. It’s such a sad state of affairs. You really need to have Dr. Rabbi Nathan Slifkin on your show to discuss the Charadi threat to Israel. I like Dr.Einat Wilf’s Oz Party. She rightfully believes that people who don’t work, serve in the IDF or do National Service should be unable to vote. I couldn’t agree with her more. Enough is enough.
Yes - I will get to Rabbi Sifkin. In the meantime I have so much content ready to go and it has to be interspersed with more immediate things.......like the upcoming pods on Iran and Hamas. I am interviewing Einat today, as a matter of fact......I have an idea as to when I want to run that and in combo with another new entrant to the election scene. I know Einat is a returnee but after more than a decade off she's new-ish. Many people would agree with Einat......that's the true extent of the crisis......all that talk about unifying - even after October 7 - was not real. It was politicized. We are more divided than ever, imo - especially after 15% of the population shirks its collective duty to us all. If they were not moved by October 7 to re-evaluate their relationship to their fellow citizens and the state, then nothing optional will change them. But even then - not sure they'll bend. We have all created a colossal mess. And, in fairness, it was Begin in '77 who gave the haredim their biggest boost. Lots of jet fuel. Thanks, EJV
And PS - yes - LIkud is just the worst of the worst. I will never understand why Yuli stayed - I mean, I think I know why but - wow. But there is that solid % of the population that will just vote Likud. No matter what. "Rak Bibi."
