I always turn off my phone at night. Last night, before lights out, I checked the news, as I always do. A few stray rockets were reported to have been launched by Hamas at Israeli communities on the Gaza border. Sadly, that is not cause for alarm. It is a pretty regular occurrence.
Vivian, will the Israeli reservist pilots be called up if needed? Hadn't many resigned in protest to Netanyahu's support of the reforms? And to everyone in Israel right now, I am so sorry this is happening.
The savagery is incomprehensible. It has taken me hours to actually begin to process it. The scope. The total failure of Israel to protect its citizens. This will not end well.
Well, apparently so. Can you tell why the present context, regardless of how horrifc that be, should require of us any less attention to what the language we use generates?.In this case, i would say a demonstration of little faith in that language itself? That it must always be boosted somehow, exaggerrated even, to be properly communicable to readers??

Everyone is turning up for duty. Reservists living abroad are trying to get back. All hands on deck. The reckoning will come. But not today.
I am not a hateful person but after the butchery I saw displaced today, I hope that the devil is eagerly awaiting and embracing the Hamas terrorists.

I share your rage and fury.
"BEYOND horrific" ? Isn't that can abuse of language? Or at least compulsive intensifiers as evidence of lingual impotence?
Really? You feel the need to make this comment in this context? Wow
